After years in the NFL — from New York to New England — he experienced firsthand what it means to move with purpose. Now he's bringing that standard home to Central Florida.

02 How do you maintain your vehicles? +

Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure every ride is safe, clean, and comfortable.

03 What happens if my flight is delayed? +

We monitor your flight in real time. If your arrival time changes, we adjust — no extra charge, no stress.

04 What if I'm running late? +

Just let us know. We build grace periods into every booking so you're never rushed and your driver is never double-booked.

05 How do I pay? +

All payments are handled securely at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards.

06 What areas do you serve? +

We serve the greater Orlando area including the airport, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and surrounding communities.

07 What is your cancellation policy? +

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Details are provided at the time of booking.

08 How far in advance do I need to book? +

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

09 Will I receive a confirmation after booking? +

Yes. You will receive a confirmation with your trip details as soon as your booking is complete.

10 Can I make special requests? +

Absolutely. You can include special requests — such as extra stops or specific pickup instructions — in the notes section at checkout.

11 Will I be able to track my driver in real time? +

Yes. You will receive updates as your driver is on the way so you always know exactly where they are.

12 What should I do when my driver arrives? +

Your driver will reach out when they arrive. For airport pickups, we offer meet-and-greet service so you are never searching for your ride.

13 Is a deposit required to hold my booking? +

Yes. A deposit or card on file is required to secure your reservation.

14 What happens if there is damage to the vehicle? +

A credit card is kept on file at the time of booking to cover any damage that may occur during the ride.

15 Do you accommodate large groups? +

Yes. For large groups or corporate needs, please use our inquiry form and we will put together the right solution for you.

16 Do you offer recurring service for businesses or hotels? +
